Nike is at it again and has upped the anti just in time for the 2012 Olympics (which you had better believe brother will be documenting live from london town). Just because their practically air light shoes weren’t weightless enough – they have somehow found a way to weave the fabric directly from their lunarlon soles in one continuous piece (see the image above) thus eliminating all need for glue, sewing and really anything that used to hold the old shoes together. The result? A shoe that weighs 5.6 oz in the racer version and just under 8 0z in the trainer version we’ll be finding in stores. Your phone weighs that much! Simply dopeness. Check their commercial below and be sure to hit up www.nike.com to buy yours come July when they finally come out. I know – I can barely wait!
